About

Arabella is an award-winning, trauma informed Break-Up and Divorce Coach, providing emotional and practical support to individuals and employees navigating relationship breakdowns. Having been through her own divorce, she understands first-hand the emotional and logistical challenges separation brings and carries that empathy into every client relationship.

With a background in Investment Banking, Arabella brings a rare blend of strategic thinking and emotional resilience coaching. She works closely with family law professionals to help clients make clear, confident decisions under pressure. Her trauma-informed, empowerment coaching approach supports clients in rebuilding confidence and self-esteem, managing anxiety and stress, and creating practical action plans that restore clarity and control.

As well as helping clients navigate relationship challenges, Arabella also supports them with family dynamics, parenting, financial decision-making, career change, and identity shifts. Having personally navigated both career transition and an ADHD diagnosis, she brings a deep understanding of how differently people process change and emotional overwhelm.

Alongside her 1:1 coaching, Arabella partners with corporate leaders and HR teams to support employees through separation. She delivers workshops on supporting staff navigating divorce, recognising the signs of domestic abuse, and creating psychologically safer workplaces.

A regular contributor to conversations on divorce and emotional wellbeing, Arabella appears on podcasts, industry panels, BBC Radio and TV, and is frequently featured in Hello! magazine.

At the heart of her work is a simple belief, that relationship breakdown is not the end, but the beginning of a new chapter. Arabella helps clients move from overwhelm to clarity, and from emotional survival to renewed confidence.
